plain yogurt (can use non-dairy yogurt)

scant 2/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

or less, I use 1 1/2 cups sometimes organic sugar (I used evaporated cane juice)

whole wheat flour

1/4 cup

flaxseed meal

1 1/2 tsp

baking soda

1 tsp

sea salt

or more walnuts
