dried oregano

Sea salt and black pepper to taste ((omit pepper for AIP))

1/4 cup

arrowroot starch or potato starch ((arrowroot for AIP))

2 tbsp

coconut oil

Optional: More parsley to garnish

Coconut yogurt or Avocado Tzatziki (recipe below) or Lemon Juice
