coconut oil for greasing baking dish

full-fat coconut milk

1/4 cup

coconut butter (I use this brand)

1/2 cup

brewed coffee or espresso, as strong as you like

1/4 cup

grade B maple syrup (I use this brand)

1 tsp

vanilla extract (I use this brand)

1/2 cup

almond flour (I use this brand)

1/2 cup

+ 1 Tbs coconut flour (I use this brand)

1/2 tsp

baking soda

sea salt (I use this brand)

1 cup

dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup

unsweetened coconut flakes (I got mine here)
