Brick Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

Chicken from a Rotisserie Chicken (I used one of the Breast quarters)

Cheddar Cheese, Grated

Frozen Corn, be sure to partially thaw under running HOT water
Salt and Pepper (especially Pepper)
