zucchini (medium, organic, peeled, chopped, frozen) ((or 1 banana but then eliminate the maple syrup))

chamomile tea ((Earl Grey is also calming because of bergamot in the leaf mix but it has caffeine so I prefer chamomile))

flaxseeds, ground

ashwagandha powder

frozen raspberries (or frozen cranberries) ((to make it pink))

goji berry powder ((to make it pink))

blue matcha (or blue spirulina (to make it blue))
