or 150 g cold butter, cut into small cubes

The Filling:
8 oz
or 250 g FINE ground meat, half beef, half pork.

Fresh herbs of your choice. I used half teaspoon fresh thyme leaves.
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp
your favorite Chutney
OPTIONAL: Add a handful of chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
