Easy One Pot Skillet Lasagna

( 1 lb.) package Jennie O turkey sausage or lean ground beef 

1 tsp

minced dry onions

5 oz

 uncooked "no yolk" egg noodles

1 cup

water 

2 cups

Prego Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce or you can save 2 Freestyle smart points per serving if you replace jarred spaghetti sauce with my  Zero Point Marinara Sauce 

1/2 cup

fat free ricotta cheese

1 tsp

dried parsley

2 oz

light shredded mozzarella cheese ( I use Trader Joe's Lite Mozzarella )

2 tbsp

grated Parmesan cheese
