How to Make a Chicken Burrito Bowl for Two

INGREDIENTS

Grain- such as rice.- 1 1/2 cups.

Chicken Breasts- 2 cooked and sliced.

Beans and Corn- 1 cup total. Can use both or mix them up.

Pico de Gallo- 1 cup.

Vegetables such as lettuce and cilantro- 1 cup total. You can serve this on more greens to make it into a salad.

Wet ingredient such as sour cream or guacamole- 1-2 tablespoons per person.

Optional ingredients- as desired. Sliced Avocados, Shredded Cheese- 1/2 cup, and/or tortilla chips.
