boiling water

1 8 ounce package

cream cheese, at room temperature

1/3 cup

melted vanilla ice cream

1 11 ounce can

mandarin oranges, drained

2 cups

mini marshmallows

1 cup

Orange Cream Soda (I used Stewarts)

carton of Cool Whip (or whipped cream)
