chicken stock

large onion

inch knob of ginger

star anise

fish sauce

coconut sugar

sea salt

1/2 tsp

black pepper

optional: 1/2 hot pepper, sliced

heads of bok choy

4 handfuls

bean sprouts

large zucchinis, spiralized on the smallest blade.

fresh basil

lime, cut into wedges
