sliced mushrooms (I like baby portobello)

4 cloves

garlic, minced

4 cups

broth/stock of choice

1 tbsp

freshly grated ginger

1 tsp

soy sauce

1 tsp

sesame oil

(85g) packages ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

1 lb

medium/large shrimp (thawed, cleaned, and peeled)

Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish, optional
