NOTES
8.5/10- Needed probably 35-40 minutes to cook. Potatoes sliced about 1/2” thick. Maybe cook for 25 minutes and add cheese on top for last 10 minutes. Seasoned potatoes with garlic pepper, season salt, and regular salt. Must eat potatoes right away, or sauce will start to curdle.
