1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs or gluten free Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2. tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. liquid smoke
2-3 Tbsp. ice water (optional)
Seasoning salt or kosher salt for grilling
Cheese (pineapple and assorted hamburger condiments)
