sweet soy sauce aka Kecap Manis*

2 tbsp

low sodium soy sauce

4 tbsp

oyster sauce

1 cup

water

12 oz

chow mein noodles cooked a minute shy of the directions*

6 oz

bean sprouts optional

sesame seeds for garnish optional


NOTES

  • Loved! Didn’t use the special sauce. Just extra soy sauce and brown sugar. Still good! Added peas.
