Red Velvet Cream Cheese Brownies

Brownies:

unsalted butter, melted

granulated sugar

1/4 cup

unsweetened cocoa powder

1/8 tsp

red food coloring

3/4 tsp

white vinegar (I used white balsamic because that's what I had!)

3/4 cup

all-purpose flour

Cream Cheese Filling:

8 oz

cream cheese, softened (I used ⅓ less fat Neufchatel)

1/4 cup

granulated sugar

egg yolk

1/2 tsp

vanilla

1/4 cup

semi-sweet chocolate chips
