penne (rotini or other small pasta (I used Banza))

broccoli florets

medium pepper (chopped (I used multi colored))

onion (chopped (I used yellow))

kalamata olives

parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the dressing:

2/3 cup

Sabra hummus (I used plain, but any flavor would be great!)

1 tbsp

Olive oil

1 tbsp

Water

1/2 tsp

Lemon juice

Salt and pepper (to taste)
