bittersweet chocolate (I used 60%)

egg yolks (yes, really)

and 1/2 cups heavy cream

and 1/4 cups heavy cream

and 1/3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup

(half stick) butter

bar of dark chocolate, for chocolate curls
