Slow Cooker Coconut Chicken Curry

green pepper, seeds removed, chopped into large chunks (you can also use red, orange or yellow)

jalapeño, seeds removed, sliced (optional for spice)

sweet onion, chopped

cayenne red pepper {this adds spice too, leave out for less spice or add more for more spice}
