finely chopped Hershey's candy cane kisses (I used about 50)

4 oz

cream cheese, soft at room temperature

1/2 cup

salted butter, soft at room temperature

2 1/2 cups

powdered sugar

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

3 tbsp

heavy whipping cream (use 2Tbsp milk if you need to substitute)

1/2 cup

chopped candy cane kisses (about 20) and extra kisses whole for topping
