Roasted Potatoes with Bell Peppers, Onions and Bacon

medium size Yukon gold potatoes (washed and cut into bite size pieces)

2 tbsp

olive oil

1/2 tsp

garlic powder

1/2 tsp

freshly cracked black pepper

1 tsp

kosher salt

large green bell pepper

large red bell pepper

1

large sweet yellow onion

Optional: 1/2 pound of bacon

*adjust all the seasonings to taste (this is approximately what I used.)
