1 Egg Yolk.

1 1/4 Cups of Heavy Cream.

1/4 Cup of All Purpose Flour.

2 Tablespoons of Ground Cinnamon.

1 Tablespoon of Vanilla.

1 Teaspoon of Salt.

1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Nutmeg.

1-9" Pie Crust, Store Bought or Homemade.
