(divided) Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated, 3/4 cup in the casserole, 1/4 cup as garnish on top

NOTES
Delicious. Recipe forgot to mention that you also need eggs and milk for the cornbread mix. And it never says when to add the corn. And a 2 qt dish was much too small. 3 qt barely fit it all. Lol
