Beer Cheese Soup

flour (I use all purpose flour but can sub for gluten free 1-1 flour if needed)

4 cups

chicken (or vegetable) broth

1 cup

milk (I used 2%)

12 oz

beer (I've tried this with Guinness as well as wheat beers)

2 1/2 cups

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 tsp

Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp

dijon mustard
