For the Chicken:

For the Rice:

butter

turmeric
1/4 tsp
cumin
1 1/2 cups
Basmati or Texmati rice
2 1/2 cups
chicken broth
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup
mayonnaise
1/2 cup
Greek yogurt
1 tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 cup
chopped fresh parsley

I halved the mayo mixture and didn't use yogurt just mayo so regular amount and than half for everything else. I chopped frozen gyro meat from sam's (about half a package) and added shredded chicken mixed it and heated under the broiler to give similar texture as Halla Guys. Sooo good! I need to double the rice next time for my family. For the instant pot reduce chicken broth to match the rice for a 1:1.
