Flank steak, sliced into thin strips

Low-sodium soy sauce
2 Ts
Brown sugar
4 cloves
Garlic
2 Ts
Flour
1 T
Apple cider vinegar
3 Ts
Vegetable oil
2 Heads
Broccoli, heads only
NOTES
This meal is a staple in our rotation. I always double the sauce (but not the marinade). And I never bother to marinate the meat for more than 15 minutes; basically I marinate for the time it takes me to mix the sauce and cut & saute the broccoli. Still turns out great. Be sure to cut the flank steak against the grain.
