V8 or other tomato juice
2 cans
Craem of Celery Soup
1/3 C
Barley
2 Cs
Carrots, shredded

Bay leaf

Sugar
Ground pepper, to taste
NOTES
I only add the sugar if the tomato juice I use leaves the soup tasting too acidic. The generic tomato juices can be hit or miss. I never add the sugar when I use V8. It tends to not be as acidic.
