lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs (look for pasture raised)

tallow , lard, or coconut oil, melted

arrowroot flour
1/4 cup
+ 1 T cassava flour (about 1.5 oz weighed)

gelatin eggs prepared one at a time as needed plus 1 T avocado oil+1 tspn sea salt added to EACH gelatin egg
