Whole30 Guacamole Burgers with a Jalapeno Aioli

black pepper

1⁄2 tsp of ghee

Caramelized Red Onion:

red onion, sliced thin

1 tsp

For the guacamole:

avocados, pitted and mashed with fork

⁄2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1

⁄2 jalapeno, diced

2 tbsp

finely chopped red onion

Juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp

freshly chopped cilantro

For the jalapeno aioli:

⁄4 cup whole30 compliant mayo (or make your own like I did) 2 jalapenos, diced

garlic cloves, finely minced

1

⁄2 tsp cumin

Juice of 1 lime
