NOTES
Made first 8/2/17 for a BBQ. Huge hit. Everyone loved them. Have made many times since then. My variations: I used 1 tsp garlic powder because I was out of fresh garlic, bottled lime juice instead of lemon juice for the same reason and 3 fresh basil leaves finely chopped because I had it in my garden.
