Olive oil

Turkey bacon
1/4 cup
Minced fresh yellow onion
1/4 cup
Unsweetened almond milk

Light laughing cow cheese wedges
1/2 cup
Low fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup
Grated Parmesan cheese
NOTES
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop broccoli into florets. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread broccoli or broccolette out into a single layer and spray the tops with zero calorie spray. Sprinkle with sea salt. {it’s great with onion powder and garlic too!} • Bake 15-20 minutes until tender. Serve warm or store in the fridge.
