NOTES
***Delicious! Every bit as good as Sawadee IMO. I made these changes: I didnt have oyster sauce on hand so I used a 50/50 mix of hoisin and soy sauce instead. I skipped the whiskey and the mushrooms. I used steak instead of chicken. Next time I'll double the sauce for 16 oz. Of rice noodles, use 75% of it when I make the noodles and save 25% for leftovers. (The noodles get a bit dry after a night in the fridge.)
