package of refrigerated,  precooked diced potatoes (I used Simply Potatoes brand)

chopped onion

1 cup

chopped red bell pepper

2 cups

diced fully cooked smoked ham (diced to approx the same size as the potatoes. I used Hatfield Ham Steaks)

salt and pepper

1 tbsp

finely chopped fresh rosemary (optional)
