Hungry Root Copycat Sriracha Peanut Sauce (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Peanut Butter OR 3 tbsp Peanut Flour + 2 tbsp water (may need a little more, depending on peanut flour)

1 tbsp

Oil of choice (recommend coconut oil or grapeseed oil)

2 tsp

Crushed Garlic or 1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp

Grated Ginger or 1 tsp Ginger Powder

1 tsp

Lime Zest

1 tsp

Lime Juice

2 tbsp

Liquid Aminos or Gluten Free Soy Sauce

1 tbsp

Unseasoned Rice Wine Vinegar

Sriracha, to taste (about 1-2 tsp)

1 tsp

Dried Cilantro
