cooked white beans (rinsed and drained)

200 g

cherry/grape tomatoes (ripe and flavourful ones)

200 g

burrata cheese ( or buffalo mozzarella or vegan mozzarella)

20 g

fresh basil (leaves only, ripped)

salt and pepper (to taste)
