mustard (I used yellow, if using stoneground or dijon, consider using slightly less)

molasses (use mild/light/medium, not dark/robust/blackstrap)

apple cider vinegar

Worcestershire sauce (omit if keeping vegan, or substitute with Bragg’s Liquid Aminos or soy sauce)
