fresh basil, roughly chopped

fresh mozzarella, small dices

salt & pepper

loaf of crunchy bread (You could use anything here! I used a french baguette from Trader Joe's. I cut it up and toasted it in the oven for a few minutes. you could also use ciabatta bread, cracker's, a crispy homemade bread...your options are endless.)
