INGREDIENTS

Minute Creamy Perline Pasta

1 lb

Perline Pasta or other pasta of choice

2 tbsp

extra virgin olive oil

1

medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves

fresh garlic, minced

26 oz

favorite pasta sauce

1/2 cup

low-fat buttermilk

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup

fresh grated parmesan cheese for garnish

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain and set aside.

Heat oil into a large skillet over medium heat.

Saute onion for 5 minutes or until softened.

Stir in garlic for 1 minute then stir in pasta sauce.

Heat for 5 minutes then stir in buttermilk.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in cooked pasta and reduce heat to low until ready to serve.

Sprinkle each plate with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Heaping ¼ Cup honey

Cherry tomatoes

Crumbled Feta cheese
