Seafood Lasagna (THM S, Low Carb, Gluten Free)

INGREDIENTS

2 lb

raw deveined shrimp (this can be whatever size you want. I used large.)

8 oz

cooked crab meat.

lbs of either scallops (raw) or crawfish (raw) or you can add more crab or more shrimp

zucchinis sliced long for noodles

red bell pepper chopped

1 cup

chopped mushrooms

1/2 cup

onion chopped

1 clove

garlic chopped

Half of a large container of fresh baby spinach

1/4 cup

butter for veggies

2 tbsp

butter to cook shrimp in (add more butter to cook scallops & raw crawfish)

1/2 cup

butter for sauce

1 oz

package cream cheese

2 cups

shredded parmesan cheese

and 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese

1 cup

heavy whip

basil leaves chopped
