These are seriously the BEST PANCAKES I have ever made! We serve them with homemade raspberry jam or good old maple syrup, which I like better than the berry compote pictured in the photo. I am not a ricotta fan, but I love it in these. This is an absolute MUST TRY recipe!
Super moist and dense and so tasty! Reminds me of Haute Cakes in Newport Beach.
Wow! These pancakes are probably the best we have ever made! They take a few more ingredients and a little more time than basic pancakes, but it is sooooo worth it!
