15 0z can of Garbanzo Beans (I removed the skins of the beans, it makes the hummus a better texture. It’s really fast and the whole can maybe took like 5 minutes or so.)
1/2 can
chopped jalapeno or one whole jalapeno seeded ( you can add more if you want)
2 tbsp
tahini ( I ordered mine from amazon )
4 tbsp
extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp
fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp
parsley
Juice from 2-3 limes
2 cloves
garlic, minced
2 tsp
cumin
1 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/2 cup
water or little more if needed.
