Skinny Chicken Salad

( 12.5 oz.) cans Premium Chunk canned chicken breast, drained or 4 cups rotisserie chicken, cut into bite size pieces

green onion, diced

1 cup

celery, diced 

2 cups

apple, diced ( I use Gala or Pink Lady) 

1 cup

red grapes, halved

( 20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained 

1/2 cup

light Kraft Mayo  

3 tbsp

Coleslaw dressing ( I use Kraft Coleslaw dressing)

1/2 cup

non fat plain or Greek yogurt

/4 tsp thyme

1/2 tsp

dried dill weed

1/2 tsp

onion powder

ginger

3 tbsp

slivered almonds, optional
