Butter, melted
1 Tblsp
Oil
1 1/8 cups
Sugar
2 larges
Eggs
2 tsps
Vanilla extract
1/2 cup
Flour
1/2 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp
Salt
NOTES
*For even fudgier brownies, use half white and half light brown sugar
1. Whisk your butter and sugar really well
2. Beat your eggs in for a good minute, this step is crucial for that crackly top
3. Do NOT over beat the batter; it will create air pockets and leads to a more cake-like texture
4. Bake on top shelf of the oven. Middle may cook them faster and dries them out
