high protein pasta, like Barilla Protein Plus, or whole wheat pasta

lbs shrimp and cubed chicken breast mixture; ratios can be whatever you prefer (I used 1/2 lb chicken breast and 1.5 lbs shrimp because that's what I had on hand)

Cajun Seasoning

1 1/2 cups

almond milk

1/2 cup

fat free chicken stock

2 tsp

cornstarch

1/2 cup

1/2 sun dried tomatoes, not in oil ((if you can only find ones in oil, wash they thoroughly))

green onions, (chopped and some green parts reserved for garnish .)

garlic powder
