minced garlic (or garlic powder)

italian seasoning

homemade or store-bought traditional or garlic hummus

red onion, diced

large tomato, diced

medium cucumber, diced

1/3 cup

kalamata olives, sliced (these are a Greek-style olive that can be found near the traditional black olives at your grocery store)

1/3 cup

crumbled feta cheese

optional: ¼ cup sliced green onions

homemade (recipe below) or store-bought pita chips for serving
