gluten-free all purpose flour (I like Pillsbury gluten-free flour. Not all gluten-free flours are created equal. You may experience different baking results depending on the gluten-free flour blend you choose.)

1/2 tsp

xanthan gum ((leave out if your flour already has it))

packet rapid yeast/instant yeast (or 2 1/4 teaspoons of rapid yeast/instant yeast)

1 tbsp

gluten-free baking powder

1 tsp

salt

1 1/2 cups

warm water (110°-115°)

1 tbsp

honey

1 tsp

apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup

olive oil

1 cup

gluten-free pizza sauce (I used Prego pizza sauce)
