Bag of greens (you can substitute a head or two of kale chopped into ribbons if you can't find this blend.)

red onion, diced.

large tomato, seeded and diced.

1/3 cup

roasted sunflower seeds.

pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped.

ripe avocado, thinly sliced.

eggs, soft boiled.

salt & pepper to taste.

Dressing.

1/4 cup

olive oil.

3 tbsp

apple cider vinegar.

1 tbsp

dijon mustard.

Juice of 1 lemon.
