dairy free milk of choice, divided

1/2 tsp

vanilla essence

large egg (for a vegan option, sub for 1 flax egg- 1 T flax + 3 T water)

scoop of vanilla or unflavoured protein powder (optional)*

1 tbsp

coconut flour, sifted

2 tsp

natvia natural sweetener (or sweetener of choice)

1 tbsp

shredded coconut

Nut butter/toppings of choice
