Round steak cut in strips (optional)

Yellow onion- sliced (optional)

Butter (onion)
1/2 cup
Sour cream
1/3 cup
Water
1 pkg
Rotini noodles
NOTES
Can use leftover roast or beef chunks. Just add cooked beef to sour cream, soup, and water. Serve until slightly bubbling and hot- about 20 minutes. Can serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
