cheddar or Colby cheese, sliced in match stick pieces
For the Zesty Italian Dressing:
1/4 cup
white wine vinegar
1 tbsp
Dijon Mustard
1 cup
olive oil, or canola oil
2 cloves
garlic, minced
1 tsp
fresh thyme
1 tsp
chopped fresh basil
1 tsp
chopped fresh oregano
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper
1 tsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
fresh ground pepper
