boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced into bitesize pieces

onion, diced

4 cloves

garlic, crushed

1 lb

fresh cauliflower florets

1 cup

uncooked long grain rice

2 1/4 cups

chicken stock

juice and zest and 2 lemons (or can slice the lemons and place in top)

approx 3 cups of chopped fresh spinach

1 tbsp

olive oil

red chilli flakes (optional)

black pepper

seasoning mix:

1 tsp

paprika

1 tsp

oregano

1/2 tsp

dried basil

1/2 tsp

dried parsley

1/2 tsp

onion powder

salt and black pepper
